1.9. Unauthorised use of Adani Solar logo: The Adani Solar logo, name, and all associated trademarks, servicee marks, brand elements, and designs are the exclusive property of Adani Solar and/or its affiliates. Unauthorised use, reproduction, modification, display, distribution, or publication of the Adani Solar logo in any form or manner, without prior written consent from Adani Solar, is strictly prohibited. Such unauthorised use may constitute an infringement of trademark laws and other applicable intellectual property rights.
