These letters are being used to mislead individuals into believing they hold an authorized Adani Solar distributorship, which is false and misleading.

• Adani Solar does not operate, conduct business, or issue distributorship under the name "Adani Power Solar Systems Limited".
• Any distributorship letter or authorization issued by this or similar sounding entities is unauthorized, invalid and legally unenforceable.
• Adani Solar shall bear no responsibility or liability for any business dealings, financial transactions, commitments, or agreements made based on such false, misleading, and fraudulent communications or any loss or damages incurred directly or indirectly due to the same.
